Terms of Service
By using this website, visitors agree to these terms. If a client later signs a separate proposal, quote, statement of work, or service agreement with Tuvana Tech, that written agreement will control the actual project scope, payment terms, deliverables, timeline, and ownership details.
Tuvana is the shortened public brand name for Tuvana Tech and may appear in the logo, interface labels, app shortcuts, and informal website copy.
Website use
The Tuvana Tech website is provided to explain services, show website direction options, collect inquiries, prepare website briefs, preview project tools, and help potential clients understand the right path forward.
Inquiry tools and recommendations
The website fit guide, package recommender, readiness score, website direction references, and prepared briefs are guidance tools. They do not guarantee a specific result, timeline, conversion rate, ranking, revenue amount, or final project scope. Final recommendations may change after Tuvana Tech reviews the business, content, budget, and technical needs.
Packages, prices, and availability
Package names, prices, ranges, inclusions, and examples shown on the website are for direction and planning. Prices may change, and final pricing depends on scope, urgency, content readiness, integrations, revisions, and any written agreement between Tuvana Tech and the client.
Payments and proof of payment
Direct website checkout or card-style payments may be activated later. Until then, clients may be guided to pay through approved manual methods such as bank transfer, wallet-based payment, Pay2Cell, cash deposit, or another accepted local payment channel. Clients may be asked to upload or submit proof of payment through the portal or another approved channel.
Website production does not begin until the required deposit has been received and confirmed by Tuvana Tech. A proof of payment upload does not by itself confirm payment. Owner confirmation or written payment confirmation from Tuvana Tech is required before the project moves beyond the payment stage.
Website direction references and project examples
Website direction references are used as references for direction, mood, structure, and website feeling. They are not a promise to copy another website or reproduce a third party's intellectual property. Past projects, proof examples, or sample outcomes may not represent every future result.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate inquiry and project information.
- Confirm that submitted content, images, brand assets, and references may be used for the intended project.
- Review proposals, pages, copy, and project materials within agreed timelines.
- Use the website tools honestly and avoid submitting harmful, unlawful, or misleading information.
Referral and sales codes
Referral, sales, or consultant codes may be used to attribute leads and commissions. A code entry does not automatically guarantee a commission or discount. Commission eligibility, payment, and attribution depend on Tuvana Tech's internal program terms and whether the referred client becomes a paying client.
Affiliate and Sales Agent program
Visitors, clients, affiliates, and sales people may apply for or hold more than one relationship with Tuvana Tech when approved. A person may be both a client and an affiliate, both a client and a Sales Agent, or an affiliate who later becomes a Sales Agent. Role overlap does not remove project terms, payment obligations, portal rules, confidentiality duties, or owner approval requirements.
- Affiliate registration is a request for review, not automatic acceptance into the program.
- Affiliate commission is only eligible after attribution is accepted, the referred client pays in full, any review or hold period is complete, and owner approval is given.
- Client-earned referral discount credit cannot be withdrawn directly as a client payout, but may be transferred to an approved affiliate account for payout review where Tuvana Tech program rules allow it.
- Affiliates can be reviewed for Sales Agent promotion after consistent paid-client performance, responsible conduct, and owner approval.
- Sales Agents receive a stronger personal purchase discount on eligible Tuvana Tech products than Affiliates. Affiliates may receive a smaller partner discount on eligible personal purchases.
- Discount rates, discount eligibility, commission rules, self-referral rules, and whether discounts can combine with any other offer are controlled by Tuvana Tech's active program terms.
Portal access terms
Portal access is role-based. Clients, sales people, affiliates, and owners may see different information and must use their access only for the intended Tuvana Tech business purpose.
Google sign-in, if activated, confirms account identity but does not by itself approve a person for client, sales, affiliate, or owner access. Tuvana Tech may approve, limit, suspend, or change role access where needed for security, confidentiality, payment control, commission tracking, or business operations.
- Clients: Client portal access is for project collaboration, content submission, approvals, revision requests, and launch review. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and permission status of submitted materials. Clients may request affiliate access, but approval, code activation, attribution, and commission eligibility remain controlled by Tuvana Tech.
- Sales people: Sales access is personal and may not be shared. Sales people may only use approved messaging, submit genuine permission-based leads, and may not promise unapproved discounts, timelines, features, rankings, or results.
- Affiliates: Affiliate access is for trusted referral tracking. Affiliates may see summarized referral status and progress, but they do not receive automatic access to every internal production stage. Affiliates may not misrepresent Tuvana Tech, create fake referrals, use unauthorized claims, or negotiate final pricing and scope. Promotion to Sales Agent is based on verified consistency and owner approval.
- Owners: Owner access carries responsibility for client, partner, payout, commission, reporting, and business data. Owner decisions should be documented and handled consistently. Owners may remove Sales Agent or Affiliate access, restore approved access, block or unblock client accounts, and adjust project stages according to client needs.
Portal information may include confidential project, lead, commission, client, affiliate, or business data. Users must not copy, publish, misuse, sell, or share portal information outside its intended business purpose. Payouts, commissions, attribution disputes, and role upgrades remain subject to Tuvana Tech review and approval.
Intellectual property
Tuvana Tech owns or licenses the website design, copy structure, visual system, direction tools, templates, brand elements, and interface concepts shown on this website, unless otherwise stated. Visitors may not copy, resell, or reuse substantial parts of the website without permission.
Third party services
The website may link to or interact with services such as email providers, WhatsApp, browser install tools, hosting providers, analytics platforms, and payment or project tools. Tuvana Tech is not responsible for third party service availability, policies, or behavior.
No professional guarantee
Tuvana Tech aims to create mature, conversion-focused websites, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside the website itself, including offer quality, audience fit, pricing, traffic, sales follow-up, market trust, and operations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tuvana Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on website guidance. Project-specific liability, if any, should be defined in the signed project agreement.
Changes
Tuvana Tech may update these terms as the website, services, and business systems evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page.
